In the case of Qualification courses (BSB40920, BSB50820, BSB60720, BSB50420, BSBPMG426, BSBPMG536, BSBPMG632) AGS policies & terms & conditions are to be read in conjunction with Australia Institute of Business and Technology RTO 41138 policies & terms and conditions.

A. Return Policy

AGS general policy is not to issue refunds except in the case of extenuating circumstances, where fair & reasonable consideration will be made. Requests made within two weeks of payment are more likely to be favourably considered, with the possibility of a partial refund (factoring in course cost, intellectual property, extent of pre-commencement communication and concerns raised.

For Public Courses see our Sydney - Canberra public course Registration Form.
For Online Courses potential students are encouraged to review our web pages, brochures, Online Course Registration Form and contact us with queries. AGS does not typically issue refunds after course payments have been made. However, if concerns are raised at any time, these will be considered on a ‘case-by-case’ basis given the value of intellectual property in our courseware & often time spent prior to bookings & payments.
For In-company (Corporate) courses principles applied to refunds are based on our AGS returns policy, online and public courses as appropriate and summarised above.

Where refunds/partial refunds are agreed, depending on value, these will be made within two to four weeks.
AGS does not engage in unsolicited marketing with associated statutory cooling-off periods.
